Pray for Rain Rules:
1. Any individual who makes a Complete Engagement Ring purchase in the qualified sales period, between September 25 – December 31, 2020 at Little's Jewelers, and opts to participate in the Pray for Rain promotion, is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if the insured 1 inch of rain occurs in Tupelo, Mississippi on Your Wedding Day between the insured hours of 6:00am and 6:00 pm.
2. We must recieve your Wedding Date 100 days prior to your Wedding Date.
3. Individuals who have made a purchase and opted to participate in the promotion during the qualified sales period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a qualified customer.
4. The insured rainfall will be measured in Tupelo, Mississippi by the National Weather Service Station at Tupelo Regional Airport. The official report will be the ONLY weather data relied upon in verifying the insured peril and whether refunds are to be made.
5. Please be advised that Little's Jewelers will not be in a position to confirm that the rainfall occurred until a minimum of three days after insured date.
6. In the event that the conditions are met as defined in Rule #1 and #2 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to receive your refund.
7. Purchases made outside of the qualified sales period, September 25 -December 31, 2020, and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund through the Pray for Rain promotion.
8. Little's Jewelers reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
9. Little's Jewelers is not responsible for missing data from the National Weather Service Station.
